Prepare the Package
Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Receive Refund or Exchange
